Abby Evans

ABBY EVANS is the Sr. Director of Talent Management at Niantic Labs, a leading AR product and platform company, inspiring people to explore the world together. In this role, she leads the HR business partner team, talent development programs and L&D function where she has helped the company develop and scale its talent programs and enable an inclusive and high performance culture. Prior to Niantic, Evans was at Dolby Labs and AAA NCNU. She is a certified co-active coach and brings passion for coaching leaders and employees across the organization to be their best selves at work. Evans is a mom of a teenage daughter and active volunteer in local activities. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Washington University and an MA in applied psychology from Golden Gate University. @nianticlabs
