Celine Martin

CELINE MARTIN is company group chairman, Ethicon Digital Surgery. In this role, Martin leads the robotics and digital solutions business and is shaping MedTech transformation by connecting clinically differentiated surgical instruments, robotic hardware and AI-enabled software solutions. She is also responsible for Ethicon’s global endomechanical and energy businesses, driving growth for industry leading surgical device and technology portfolios. She is a key member of the Johnson & Johnson medical devices leadership team. Martin plays a vital role in advancing the ambition of Johnson & Johnson Medical Devices to create a future where medical intervention is smarter, less invasive, and more personalized. Martin serves on the AdvaMed Center for Digital Excellence Executive Leadership Group, providing strategic input on AdvaMed’s digital health efforts and digital health-related policy development for the MedTech industry.  She holds an MBA from Wake Forest University and a master’s degree in marketing management from EM Normandie Business School. @jnjnews
