ERIKA EVEARITT is a seasoned non-profit executive with over 15 years of expertise in leadership, strategic fundraising, and policy development across sectors including education, technology, arts, health, and environmental advocacy. Recognized for her visionary approach, Erika has raised over $100 million to drive initiatives that create sustainable social impact. In her role as Chief Development Officer at Silicon Valley Education Foundation, Erika led revenue generation efforts and partnered with local districts to expand access to quality resources in underserved communities across the region. At the Ecology Center, where she served as Director of Development & Communications, Erika influenced policy advancements supporting environmental justice. Her leadership in securing funding provided the resources needed to advocate for progressive policies, including the launch of the nation’s first reusable cup program. This pioneering initiative inspired similar environmental policies nationwide.  As Development Director at AXIS Dance Company, she promoted inclusive arts policies, helping the company secure funding to support diversity initiatives. Her early work with Alonzo King LINES Ballet also focused on community outreach, establishing programs that brought arts education to marginalized youth.
