Gayathri Menon

GAYATHRI MENON is senior director, engineering at Hologic. Menon started her career as a software design engineer in telecommunications with experience in handset and chipset development at Nokia and NextWave Wireless, where she took on increasing responsibilities before arriving at Hologic in 2009. At Hologic, Menon is a proactive leader and manager focused on execution excellence when driving her department’s success. She has been a critical player in verifying and validating several of Hologic’s diagnostic instrument platforms. Throughout her career, Menon has established a track record of building high-performing, top talent teams, focusing on maximizing people’s strengths, and building purpose-driven solid team cultures. Menon has an MS in computer science from San Diego State University and a BS in biomedical engineering from the University of Mumbai, India. @hologic
