HELEN MILLER-MONTANA partners with leaders to build effective and innovative organizations. Currently, she holds the U.S. Country HR Lead role at Dell Technologies working closely with site leadership teams across the region to build positive, productive and thriving cultures.  Helen is committed to being a global citizen and currently serves on ERG Board as North America Family Balance Lead driving advocacy, resources, and solutions for caregivers and parents as well as on life/work balance initiatives.  Miller-Montana is passionate about mentoring “at promise” youth as well as organizing opportunities for leadership peer connection and mentoring programs. Miller-Montana has co-authored an international best seller, Awakened Leaders sharing about her journey of developing transferrable skills from caregiver to leader.   She served 6 years in the U.S. Army Reserves as chaplain assistant and launched a business which supported technical start-ups in Silicon Valley. Miller-Montana especially enjoys spending time with her husband Bert, pup Rocco, and family in the Bay Area.
