IVY McGREGOR is a reservoir of knowledge with over 25 years of experience in business strategies, social enterprise, and global partnerships. McGregor has graced world stages at Global Citizen Festivals, Essence Music Festival, Master Class at Oprah Winfrey’s Leadership Academy for Girls, the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland, and TEDx Dartmouth where. McGregor was the opening speaker and introduced the ideation of reverse innovation to philanthropy. She most recently served as a moderator for New York Times best-selling author Tabitha Brown’s Feeding the Soul Tour, the keynote speaker for The University of St. Michaels College Orientation, as well as the moderator for a dynamic conversation with Amazon’s Black Employee Network. She has consulted with the United Nations, World Leaders, Heads of State, Corporations as well as numerous small businesses, educational institutions, political, community, faith and social justice leaders. She is the recipient of numerous prestigious awards including the International Distinguished Humanitarian Leadership award presented at the United Nations, by the United States National Council of Women, the Activism in the Arts Triumph Award from the National Action Network, the Hidden Figure Award from Black Girls Vote, and the 2021 Heirs of Afrika Sankofa Award. She is happy to help shape a generation through education by paying it forward and sharing her experience with students at the historic Howard University. McGregor is also a writer and columnist; her Greater Than weekly inspirational publication is available on Facebook’s Bulletin platform. She is additionally the founder of the IVYinc SOARers, a virtual Mentorship program.
