Laurie Evans

LAURIE EVANS is the Director of Recruiting, Core at Google. Evans joined Google in 2018 to lead the Google Cloud Inside Sales Organization. In 2020, she joined the Google Recruiting organization to lead engineering talent acquisition. Prior to Google, Evans was with VMware, IBM, and CA. With over 30 years of enterprise software sales experience, she has successfully built and led various teams of partner, digital, and direct sales in Americas and globally. She specializes in implementing programmatic strategies to keep the edge in a fast-changing, ever-scaling industry. Evans holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from Santa Clara University and a Master of Business Degree from St. Edward’s University. @google
