MELISSA PHAN is the SVP, National Client Outreach and Integration Manager at Bank of America.  Her focus is to build an integrated process to elevate banker-client engagement in close collaboration with key marketing, product and strategy partners. Phan joined Bank of America June 2011 as a Small Business Banker in the Greater Sacramento Market. After successfully achieving 5 Star Top Performance Phan led a Pinnacle Winning team of Small Business Consultants in the Silicon Valley Market. In 2018, she led a top performing Small Business Banking team. In 2019, she was promoted to a Regional Performance Manager for the Pacific Northwest Region. In her 20 year career, Phan has successfully held various roles within the industry. Phan is the co-chair for Sacramento (LEAD) Leadership, Education, Advocacy and Development for Women. She also serve as the Ambassador for NAWBO-Sacramento (National Association Women Business Owner) and NAWBO-California. Phan received a BA in political science from the University of California, Davis.
