MICHELLE FRANCISCO is vice president and market leader for PNC’s Organizational Financial Wellness (OFW) business. She leads a specialized vertical at PNC Bank which primarily focuses on enriching the financial wellness of employees for commercial, middle market and corporate sized businesses. Her mission is ‘paying it forward’ through her work here at PNC and sharing the value of financial wellness. Francisco manages the Northern California market and focuses on the high priority geographical regions of the San Francisco Bay area, Silicon Valley, Sacramento, and Fresno. Together, she and her team create meaningful relationships with businesses to enhance their benefits packages, in turn increasing employee satisfaction, lowering turnover rates, and lifting talent attraction. Francisco was honored as a 2024 Silicon Valley Business Journal Woman of Influence. Francisco holds a BA in communications from San Diego State University.
