NICOLE JOHNSON is a social impact leader who brings decades of experience building, designing, launching and supporting innovative social impact programs around the world. As the global director of social impact & inclusion for Cadence Design Systems, Johnson has ensured Cadence’s spot on the Top 10 Fortune Great Place to Work list for its tenth consecutive year. Johnson has brought her knowledge as a Teach for America teacher, executive director of national non-profit organizations, and leading social impact and sustainability teams to build Cadence’s social impact programs in a meaningful way. Johnson received her bachelor’s degree in English literature from Mills College and lives in Burlingame with her husband and two teenagers.
