Paola Wisner

PAOLA WISNER serves as vice president of global research and development for Hologic’s breast and skeletal health solutions division. She has an extensive background in medical technology research and development and a track record of driving innovative and disruptive thinking across organizations. Wisner earned a BS and an MS in biomedical engineering from Columbia University. In addition to her work at Hologic, she is passionate about education and serves on the Board of Managers for the Columbia Engineering Alumni Association and is a member of the Metro Advancement Council at Midtown Educational Foundation in Chicago. With more than 19 years of professional experience in the medical device industry, she is dedicated to broadening access to high-quality education by supporting innovation, reducing barriers to entry, and building strong communities.
