Sarajeni Hammond

SARAJENI HAMMOND is Executive Director of Human Resources at Bayer. As HR business partner, strategist, and change agent, Hammond helps leaders operationalize business plans. Strong business acumen and sound judgment; skilled at building talent by attracting, retaining, and developing an inclusive team. She holds numerous human resource credentials, including an SPHR and SHRM-SCP. Hammond was selected for the LEADERSHIP ST. LOUIS® (LSL) Class. This program is one of the most highly-respected leadership development programs in the nation. In 2019, Hammond was selected as a 2019 USA Eisenhower Fellow. She is one of twelve fellows chosen from across the country as part of the 2019 USA cohort.  Hammond remains active in many professional and community organizations. She’s volunteered with numerous community and civic organizations to help make our community a better place to live, work, and play. Hammond’s most cherished role and accomplishment is being married to Arnel Hammond and mothering two wonderful twin daughters, Moriah and Miah. @bayerus
