SHANNON NASH is the chief financial officer of Wing, a drone delivery company and subsidiary of Alphabet, Inc. She serves as an independent director on several boards, including NetScout Systems Inc. and SoFi Bank, a subsidiary of SoFi Technologies Inc. She’s also on the board and audit chair at Lazy Dog Restaurants. She serves as a board advisor to Black Women on Boards and an executive board member to How Women Lead, and a mentor for Santa Clara University’s Black Corporate Board Readiness Program. She was also appointed to the CalCPA Diversity Equity & Inclusion Commission. Nash was honored in Diversity Woman Magazine‘s Elite 100 Class of 2024, listed among Datarails’ 41 Most Awesome Corporate Finance and FP&A Influencers for 2024, and received the Women CFO of the Year award from FEI Silicon Valley and the CFO of the Year award in Technology from Datarails in 2023. She was celebrated as one of Silicon Valley’s 100 most influential women by Silicon Valley Business Journal, complementing her earlier recognitions in the Top 50 Women Leaders in Finance by Women We Admire and Accounting Today’s 2020 list of the Top 100 Most Influential People in Accounting. Nash is an attorney and CPA. Her undergraduate degree in accounting is from the University of Virginia McIntire School of Commerce, where she now serves as a McIntire Foundation Board Trustee. She holds a JD from the University of Virginia School of Law. Her documentary film Colored My Mind clinched the best short at the 2013 American Pavilion in Cannes. Her latest film, OnBoard, debuted at the Tribeca Film Festival in June 2023 and garnered the Jury Award at the 2023 Essence Film Festival.
